1 - All goods will remain the property of Lustalux Ltd until full payment has been received.
2 - We accept no responsibility for defects and breakages resulting from poor installation. The customer when purchasing a DIY product agrees that the installation quality is solely their or their appointed agent's responsibility.
3 - Every effort has been made to represent the products on this site fairly and accurately and small samples of all film products can be purchased in advance of making an order. Once an order has been made for a customised window film, we cannot accept any responsibility for misconceptions with regard to colour, reflective properties or opacity.
4 - All orders will be dispatched within 5 working days but Lustalux Ltd cannot accept responsibility for delays caused by events beyond their control.
5 - Buyers of retrospectively applied window products should always ensure that any planning constraints be adhered to. Please also check with the building owner that the application of Window Film is acceptable.
6 - Guarantee: When applied according to our concise instructions all our products are guaranteed for 12 months against cracking, peeling and bubbling. Because we supply goods customised to your specific measurements we are unable to accept cancellations once orders have been processed.
7 - Returns costs will be borne by the customer and we recommend that a reputable carrier with the necessary insurance cover is used. We strongly advise that you contact us by e mail before returning any goods.
8 - Please consult current laws regarding vehicle window tinting if you are intending using film for this purpose. Lustalux accepts no responsibility for an incorrect auto installation resulting in Police involvement.
9 - All prices are inclusive of VAT at the current rate.
10 - Under Section 141a of the Criminal Justice Act 1998 - Sale of knives and other sharp implements to persons under 16, it is illegal for persons under the age of 16 to purchase knives or similar items. We are committed to ensuring that we comply with this legislation wherever possible. To purchase the installation kit, you must be over the age of 16 and by proceeding to check-out, you are confirming that you are over the age of 16 at the time of placing your order.
